Currency
Prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD). The total at checkout is the final amount. We never add transaction fees, service charges, or handling costs.
Security
Every transaction is encrypted with SSL technology. Payment details are handled by PCI‑DSS compliant processors; we never see or store your full card number.
Authorization and Charges
Your payment method is authorized when you place the order, but the final charge happens during order processing. If an item is canceled, the authorization hold is released per your bank’s rules.
Statement Descriptor
The charge on your card or PayPal account will appear as GLOTTIER or a similar recognizable name.
Declines
If your payment does not go through, check that your billing details are correct and that funds or credit are available. If it continues to fail, your bank or PayPal may have flagged it—please contact them. We are unable to override issuer declines.
Pricing Mistakes
We work hard to list correct prices. If a product is priced incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at that price. If a canceled order was already charged, we will refund it in full.
