Free Returns & 30‑Day Easy Returns
Every order comes with free returns and a straightforward 30‑day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send items back for a full refund—no restocking fees, no return shipping charges.
Condition
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Opening a product to inspect it is fine, but visible signs of use beyond that will make the item ineligible.
Defects and Damage
If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, email info@glottier.sbs within 48 hours of delivery. Attach your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no charge, including return shipping.
How to Return
- Email us at info@glottier.sbs with your order number and the items you want to send back, plus a short reason.
- We will reply with a pre‑paid, trackable return label, usually within one business day.
- Pack the products securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop off at the carrier’s location.
- Keep the drop‑off receipt until your refund is fully processed.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it can take 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Missing Refunds
If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund confirmation and the money has not appeared, contact your bank or card issuer first. If you still need help, email us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different product or shade is to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
