FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This policy covers all orders placed on glottier.sbs.

Free Shipping & Same-Day Dispatch

We offer free shipping on every order to the United States and Canada—no minimums, no exceptions. Plus, we move fast. Order before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will ship the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia) and Canada (all provinces and territories). No other international destinations are served at this time.

Processing

Thanks to our same‑day dispatch window, most orders leave our facility within the same business day. For orders received outside that window, processing takes no more than 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Transit Time

After the carrier collects your package, typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days

Carriers

We choose the most efficient option for each destination. U.S. orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is emailed once the order is dispatched. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, we suggest checking around your property, with neighbors, and contacting the local carrier office. If the package still cannot be found, email us. While Glottier is not liable for packages after a confirmed delivery scan, we will help work with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Review your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately. Changes can be made if the order has not yet been processed; after that, modifications are not guaranteed, and we cannot reroute a shipment already in transit.
